In an effort to expand my tastes, most of the Sundays in this challenge will be Sour Sundays. Sour ales have been trending in the past year or two, and I’ve never been a big fan of them, so I have mostly stayed away. Recently though, I have discovered a few that I do enjoy, and I decided I wanted to give them more of a chance. This is the first, and it’s pretty good. Michelle (my girlfriend) picked this one up for me and it’s probably not one I would have picked for myself, but I’m glad she got it. Funky is in the title for a reason. They blend together 7 different beers and age them in bourbon and rye whiskey barrels. There are a lot of flavors here with every sip and it’s impossible to describe. It’s dark and strong and sour and bitter and sweet.
There isn’t a lot new to say today, other than the fight is continuing from yesterday. There has been universal condemnation from the Democrats in congress, and even a few Republicans are in opposition to Trump’s Muslim ban (although far too many are still staying quiet). Meanwhile, the ACLU has raised more money this weekend than they did in 2016, by a large margin. Finally, Trump is still lying about what this ban does.

I took a screenshot of this one ten hours after he tweeted and still had not deleted it. Accidental honesty??
