I figured I should probably go with an Irish beer for St. Patrick’s Day, and I figured what would be better for that than a beer from the most local brewery from me, Bitter Sisters. I’ve actually had this one before and it was good. In fact, it may have been better before because I wonder if there were early stages of infection in this one that was souring it a bit. Overall, it was still very good and similar to before. It’s not crazy like a lot of barrel aged beers, since the base beer is more mellow to start with (and it’s really great). Just a light oaky flavor from the barrel.
It’s Friday, and I don’t feel like being all worked up by Trump’s crap this weekend. A great resource for his daily missteps is What The Fuck Just Happened Today. Check that out for today’s news.
